Apple Pay checkout

Demonstrates merchant validation via PayConex, then charges the Apple Pay token with a QSAPI SALE (tender_type=APay). Requires HTTPS on a registered domain. Works in Safari and (with iOS 18+) third-party browsers via the official Apple Pay JS button.
